Can You Duplicate Yourself?

Being duplicable is a term often used in MLM's, Network Marketing, Referral Based Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, etc., etc. when the money making system utilizes a sponsoring feature to get others involved with the sales aspect of the business.

In order for you to have a chance at success you first need to be taught how to do the things that will help you generate a decent residual income. Once you are well on your way, your next step would be to find someone and teach them how to generate a decent residual income just like yourself. This is called duplication.

There are many ways to generate an income however the residual or passive income is the best way. Why? Because you are rewarded many time over a long period of time just for doing the work for a short period of time.

When you combine your efforts with someone else's efforts more gets accomplished in less time and you both get to enjoy the rewards from the combined efforts.

When your group or team grows to a large number you can continue to teach them through other methods like, a Nuts & Bolts, Meetings, Email, Team Training Sessions, Articles, Newsletter, etc. Articles and Newsletters are at the top of my preferred methods.

We use Traffic Wave to handle the distribution of these training materials and on occasion we will have an in home Nuts & Bolts meeting with our local team members.

Don't know how or what to teach? No worries, call a meeting or send out an email asking if anyone has any questions or needs any help with something. If there is any, you will find out quickly. Then all you need to do is address the issues and answer the questions.

By staying in constant contact with your team, you not only show that you are a leader, but someone who cares for the success of their team and someone who will be there when your help is really needed.

You want to be successful and the best way to get there, even if you don't know what to do, is to communicate with your team.
